Document output industry veterans Ron Harris, Rob Gilbert and Keith Woodard have spent a combined 45 years working for the industry's largest wholesale manufacturers and distributors, developing sales, marketing and value strategies for their customers, including some of the country's largest B2B resellers.
The company CEO, Ron Harris, has over twenty years of experience in business development, public relations, media, Internet marketing, B2B sales, integrated marketing and the development of value propositions, having run his own marketing firm for fourteen years. Over the past eight years Ron has served in the role of director of marketing and as a
consultant for some of the document output industry's largest manufacturers and distributors developing integrated and channel marketing strategies for these multinational corporations. Ron is also an experienced MPS analyst and has created managed print strategies for Resellers of all sizes including the integration of sales and marketing, managed print implementation strategies and value propositions. Ron has also performed multiple industry studies on OEM vs. Aftermarket products and written articles that
have been featured in the document output industry’s premier publications. Ron currently serves on the CompTIA MPS Advisory Board.
Rob Gilbert Sr., Director of Managed Print Services, has spent 23 years in the copier industry as a territory rep, major account rep and color specialist, including five years as Sales Manager at IKON and VP of Sales for an independent copier dealership in Virginia. Gilbert also worked as VP of Sales for SALESCHAIN before moving to Compass Sales Solutions
where he served as Director of Sales and sold TCO solutions, sales force automation and performed MPS sales training. Rob has taught sales classes for many years including: The Buy Learning Process, Dynamic Coaching, SPIN, CURIO, Time and Territory Management, Pipeline Building and has been a contributing editor for multiple industry magazines including ImageSource.
Keith Woodard, Director of Channel Sales, has over fifteen years of experience working with MSPs implementing technology solutions. Prior to joining Docuwise Keith was the VP of Business Development for Techchex, a VAR for Level Platforms, establishing MSPs on the LPI remote monitoring technology platform. Prior to Techchex Keith was a Business Development
Director for Lionbridge Technologies focused on developing technology partners. Keith brings his MSP and reseller management experience to DOCUWISE focused on developing and building the DOCUWISE MPS Reseller Channel. Keith’s primary role is working with DOCUWISE MPS Resellers on sales and marketing initiatives to roll out MPS solutions to their customers.
