SERVICE FAQsHow much do you charge for a service or repair?
$95/hr for a next day service appointment and $140/hr. for expedited 4 hr. response time. (4 Hour service must be scheduled by phone). However we also have contracted service discounted and charged per device on a yearly basis. This price includes all components except fusers and maintenance kits.
What areas do you service?
We have nationwide coverage. DOCUWISE supports thousands of corporate customers including end-users, manufacturers and resellers across North America,
Canada, Guam and Mexico. A list of references is available on request.
How do I know if I really need Service?
Call us and tell us your problem. We may be able to fix it over the phone. We do our best to troubleshoot your problem over the phone before sending a technician. DOCUWISE offers free technical support in addition to on-site time and materials or contract service, depot service, spare part support, advanced exchange, preventative maintenance and training.
Do you charge for travel repair calls?
We charge a $60 travel charge on calls within 50 miles of a major metro area.
Do you warranty your repair work?
Yes, we warranty all parts and the labor to install them for 30 days.
What Brands do you repair?
We service all major brands HP, Brother, IBM, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox, Epson, Genicom, OKI and many more.

What Forms of payment does DOCUWISE accept?
Net 30 for approved accounts, VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card are
gladly accepted. Money order, cashiers check and personal check (may take up to 10 business days to clear) are also accepted.
